Another Great Year
Thanks to all of you parents who did so much again this year to support St. Michael’s School. Our school continues to shine and thrive thanks in no small part to the tremendous support we receive from the parents of our students. From baking cookies to volunteering in the classroom and chaperoning field trips and helping with lunch, it’s clear we couldn’t do it without you! Thanks for everything, have a great summer enjoying your families, and we hope to see all of you right back here getting involved at SMS again this fall!
Our Teachers
As I complete my 34th year in education and 19th as a principal I can honestly say I have never worked with a more dedicated or hard working faculty and staff than ours right here at St. Michael’s. Its clear to me that not only do they love children but also that they love being here at St. Michael’s School. I also appreciate the welcome they gave me in my first year as the new principal!
Our Kids
Simple; our kids at St. Michael’s School are wonderful and I love them all. Thanks for sharing them with us.
Read & Rec.
Read & Rec. begins on Wednesday, June 30. We will meet in the library, students can bring a book from home or use one in the school library. Please try to be on time (9:00 a.m.) and pick up your child(ren) promptly at 10:30 a.m. The dates for Read & Rec this summer are; June 30, July 7, 21, 28, and Aug. 4 & 11)
Bike the Bluff
There is still time to sign up for our new family friendly summer fundraiser. We need all St. Michael’s families to participate, call the school office for more information or see Mrs. Wunder or Sally Prather.
That’s it for this year……….Summer hours at St. Michael’s are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (beginning June 28th)
The school office will be closed June 24th & 25th.
